Traveling by BART
If you are coming from San Francisco, take the Pittsburg/Bay Point train and get off at the Rockridge station. Cactus Taqueria is located just across the street from the BART station. If you are coming from the East, take the Millbrae train to the Rockridge station.
Traveling by car from San Francisco
Take the Bay Bridge to Oakland. Stay in the right-hand lanes and take 580 towards Hayward. Again, stay to the right and take the Highway 24 exit towards Walnut Creek. Exit on Claremont Avenue and turn left at the first signal. Continue on Claremont Avenue through 2 lights until you reach College Avenue. Turn right on College Ave and continue for 3 blocks. Cactus Taqueria will be on your left.
Traveling by car from the South Bay
Take Highway 80 towards Oakland. Once in Oakland, take the 980 exit. Stay on 980 until Highway 24 exit towards Walnut Creek. Exit on Claremont Avenue and turn left at the first signal. Continue on Claremont Avenue through two lights until you reach College Avenue. Turn right on College Ave and continue for 3 blocks. Cactus Taqueria will be on your left.
Traveling by car from the East
Take Highway 24 towards Oakland. Take the College Avenue exit and continue straight through the first light. Turn left on College Avenue and Cactus Taqueria will be on your left. |
Traveling by BART
If you are coming from San Francisco, take the Richmond train to the El Cerrito BART station. From the South, take the Fremont train to the El Cerrito BART station. From the East, take the Millbrae train to Macarthur and change to a Richmond train. Take this to the El Cerrito BART station. The AC Tranist #43 bus runs from the BART station to Solano Avenue. Additonally, the #G and #15 buses run in Berkeley on Solano Avenue.
Traveling by car from San Francisco/South Bay
Take I-80 East towards Berkeley. Take the Buchanan Street exit towards Albany. Turn right on Buchanan Street and continue to Marin Avenue. Bear right on Marin Avenue and turn left on Tulare Avenue. Turn right on Solano Avenue. Cactus Taqueria will be on your left.
Traveling by car from Berkeley/Oakland
Cactus Taqueria is at the intersection of Solano Avenue and The Alameda. Drive north on The Alameda until you reach Solano Avenue. Turn left on Solano Avenue and Cactus Taqueria will be on your right.
